4 Cases of flase aneurysm

Abstract

|
Authors experienced 4 cases of traumatic false aneurysm developed in the artery of the extremity for 2 years from Jan.-1978 to Dec.-1980, and the diagnosis was confirmed by physical examination, angiography and operative findings.
Removing the aneurysm in all cases, the arterial continuity has been reconstructed by mean of end to end anastomosis in 2 cases, and others were treated by the repair of the arterial defect.
All 4 cases showed good result in follow up study over 6 months period.
